hot mama!

literally. the hottest day we've had all year & i had a maternity session scheduled. god love this family-they stuck it out! and we got some great pics :-) here are a few of my faves:

i love that i've been photographing the twins since they
were born. big brother noah too, for that matter! it is so
amazing to watch your friend's children grow...and even
more fun for me to be the one who gets to document it :-)

ok, so i've been neglectful of my blog. in my defense, i've had a lot goin on these days! but it's no excuse...& i'm planning to be better about posting. i've had a few recent shoots lately so i'm going to share a few of my faves from the sessions...

spring has sprung!

i stopped at my brother's today & picked up my camera for the first time in awhile. i haven't been feeling terribly inspired the past few months. i am hoping the warmer weather gets the creative juices flowin...but i think this was a great little start to getting re-inspired. this is my nephew & brother. grey is such a dollbaby! and i'm not just saying that as a proud aunt (although i am). he's happy as a little lark & giggles all the time. there is no sweeter sound than a baby laughing.
