just little ole me.
i am learning. i am random. i am recently inspired. i am open to all new experiences in photography. i am thankful. i am determined to be able to transcend my passion into a vision. i also like taking photographs that people love for the rest of their lives-capturing a moment that will never be duplicated. i am casual. i am open minded. i find beauty in the flaws, and i always have. i love shooting with natural light. i am most comfortable with my camera in my hands, behind the scenes. i love making people look beautiful...even if it isn't in the traditional sense of 'beauty'. we have to remember life with all it's faults, is beautiful. i started shooting in high school with film & developing my own prints in the darkroom. i miss it. but there are perks to shooting digital that i can appreciate. so far, i am not finding that photoshop is my friend, but i'm working on that relationship...and like any relationship worth investing in, it's getting better with time :-) i shoot very candidly and don't as much enjoy the posed. a real connection is a beautiful thing, in life and through my lens. i am realizing i don't have to do this, the way i always thought i would. doors open every day, you just have to decide whether or not to walk through them.

bring tears to my eyes...thank you SO much for your professional experience dealing with children and capturing this time in my son's life. it means the world to me :) hope you like us because you're now our future everything photographer! and i promise next time he'll be better.
